Meet the Instructor - Sheila Lustigman
Sheila Lustigman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology from Florida State University and has 23 years of law enforcement experience serving as both a Crime Scene Investigator and Evidence Specialist. She has served as the Supervisor of the Crime Scene and Evidence Units with the Coral Springs Police Department since 2004 and is a Certified Evidence Specialist through the International Association for Property & Evidence and the Property & Evidence Association of Florida. Sheila currently serves as President of the Property and Evidence Association of Florida and has been an instructor at the Broward Institute for Public Safety since 2003. She is also a frequent lecturer for the Florida Police Accreditation Association, where she presents on property and evidence best practices. She brings decades of real-world experience managing evidence units and guiding agencies through successful audits and accreditation processes.
