Frank Muñiz is a seasoned law enforcement professional with over 25 years of experience serving in a variety of critical roles. Currently a Mental Health Officer, Detective, and Lead Trainer for the Katy ISD Police Department, Frank has built his career on bridging gaps — from cybercrimes and forensic investigations to crisis intervention and student mental health support. His background includes time as a patrol officer, campus officer, DARE instructor, and lead detective in charge of cybercrimes, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the challenges front-line professionals face. Known for his practical teaching style and passion for equipping others with real-world skills, Frank brings both field-tested expertise and engaging instruction to every class he leads.
